KUNISAWA Brewing was born out of Kawachiya, a company primarily involved in the printing industry.
We draw on the incredible craftsmanship we've developed meeting the demanding needs of all kinds of clients to bring our expertise to the exciting new field of lager beer.

Lager beer, which typically requires a longer brewing time, is not particularly well-suited for production in microbreweries. Given the unique characteristics of the Shimbashi area, we've determined that the beer we're most eager to offer our customers is lager beer.

To craft our exquisite lager, we've introduced a distinctive horizontal aging tank, a facility rarely found in Japan.
Our beer is made from 100% malted barley and a generous amount of Czech hops, using traditional brewing methods handed down from generation to generation.

We also offer a selection of robust and flavorful ales, embodying the essence of microbrewery craftsmanship, along with seasonal beers to be enjoyed throughout the year.
